reputed organization working in the psychosocial field for the last fifteen
years in Nepal announces following vacancies. The vacancies are for Career
Guidance Program in partnership with Enhanced Skills for Sustainable and
Rewarding Employment (ENSURE), a project of Helvetas Nepal funded by SDC and
lead by CTEVT.
1. Position: Admin Finance Assistant -1
(Full time, Kathmandu Based)
The main task of the Admin Finance Assistant is to manage workflow by
assigning tasks to the admin/ finance officer daily, ensuring that deadlines
are met and work is completed correctly.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Plus two levels with one year experience
- Good knowledge and skills in admin financial
tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office with knowledge in
Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication skills, good organization
skills with the ability to work in a team
- Efficient in typing English and Nepali
- Dedication to complete projects in a timely
manner
2. Position: Documentation Officer -1
(Kathmandu
based)
A Documentation Officer oversees the organization's documents in order
to ensure regulatory, legal, and security compliance. Managing, planning and
tracking the data from the field in a set procedure both in paper and in
computer, developing and managing webpage materials, social network, internet
and emailing system and corresponding through it as per need, and collecting
necessary information regarding career in various means as in through internet,
personal meet or any event are the main responsibilities of a documentation
officer.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field
- Good knowledge in computer, web designing,
record-keeping system, preferably having experience in working with many
file types in computer
- Minimum of one year experience in document or
record management
- Ability to preserve paper documents
- A self-starter, capable of working well both
independently and in teams
3. Position: Career Facilitator- 5
(full
time, Kathmandu based job with frequent visits in different provinces)
Career Facilitators are responsible for planning, organizing and
conducting career guidance activities in different provinces. Coordinating with
local representatives and government officers, provide technical input to
various stakeholders, document data in the field and write reports are the tasks
career facilitators are responsible for.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology,
Education or in Health Science
- Having six-months psychosocial counseling
training in reputed organization
- Strong communication skill and ability to present
ideas in a simple way; preferably having life-skill training
- Demonstrate good interpersonal, leadership and
managerial skills
- Ability to work individually and in a team
- Fluency in English and Nepali language and
proficient in Nepali typing
- Good computer knowledge: MS Word, Outlook Email,
Internet and Excel
- Preferably having basic financial skills.
